Schartner House, the first phase of the Carroll Village complex, consists
of 25 single and 25 two bedroom units. This facility also has a community room for social events, laundry
facilities, a library, and a parking garage below the structure. We installed a 1200 amp service with individual metering
for the apartments, a 1200 amp service for house panel, and a 600 amp service for the fire pump. In addition, BBEC installed
a fire alarm system, an access control system, and general lighting. |
