This two-story, 55,000 sq. ft. office
complex was a design build project. We installed a 2500 amp service, including separate tenant metering. The design also included
decorative wall sconces & pendant lighting in the lobby and parabolic troffers throughout the office spaces. Also included
was an addressable fire alarm system, a security/door access system, and wiring of the 550 sq. ft. raised computer room floor
