Graystone – Enola Office Building 1

BBEC, Inc. performed Design/Build services for the fit out of Building #1 to include a new corporate office suite, office spaces and a TeleData room. Our scope included a new generator, power, lighting, a fire alarm system, a security system and rough-in for communications.

Hershey Office Renovations

Hershey, PA

General Contractor: The Quandel Group, Inc.

Date Completed: 2010

We took part in the renovations of offices located in the Hershey Company’s 19 East Chocolate Avenue Facility. BBEC provided distribution, power and lighting. We installed rescue assistance intercom stations, new light fixtures, electronic signs, strobe lights and LED lights. We also set up power to motorized shades, installed SMART Boards, connected a timer to the Server exhaust fan starter and interlocked magnetic door holders with the fire alarm system.


Ahold Financial Services

Carlisle, PA

Date Completed: 2010

This project consisted of the renovation of an existing 3-story, 50,000 square foot office building, formerly used by Dickinson College Law School. The new office space is for Ahold Financial Services, the holding company of GIANT Foods. BBEC provided lighting, distribution and power. We removed all existing light fixtures, receptacles, fire alarm devices and wiring. Then, we installed new wiring, lighting and fire alarm devices.

Crocker West Building

State College, PA

General Contractor: Sponaugle Construction Services

Date Completed: 2010

This 3-story, 120,000 square foot building was built so that it can be used as a highly classified research facility. It specializes in developing and testing weapons for the Department of Defense. BBEC took care of power, lighting and distribution. We also installed surge protective devices, phone and data, lightning protection and a fire alarm system.
