Kohl's (Takeover)

This project was a fit out of an existing space for which we provided lighting, power and distribution. BBEC, Inc. also provided fire alarm and telecommunications systems.

Kohl's (Ground Up)

Lancaster, PA

General Contractor: Schimenti Construction Company, Inc.

Date Completed: 2010

This was a new store for which we provided distribution, installation of new switchgear, power, lighting, a fire alarm system and a telecommunications system.

These projects were remodels to existing stores to upsize and modify various departments, while keeping the stores operational. BBEC, Inc. provided lighting, power and distribution, in addition to occupancy sensors, low-voltage cables, an outdoor intercom remote station and an intercom master station.


LB Smith Renovations

BBEC, Inc. took part in the renovations of L.B. Smith Ford in Lemoyne. On a Design/Build basis, we provided power, lighting and distribution.

Sun Motor Cars Mercedes Building Fit Out

Date Completed: 2008

BBEC, Inc. took part in the fit out of the 53,413 square foot dealership with a large showroom, offices and service spaces. We provided distribution, power, lighting, a fire alarm system and rough-ins for telecommunications.
