In excess of one million square
feet, this warehouse is powered by a 4000 amp switchboard. We installed 38 distribution panels to feed various office areas,
warehouse lighting and equipment. The warehouse lighting package included over 1100 400-watt high pressure sodium highbay
fixtures, with hi-lo ballast, controlled by motion sensors. In addition we installed two 600 amp buss-duct systems for battery
charging areas. Also included in our contract was a fire alarm system and security system. |

Corvette America’s new headquarters was designed as an adaptive reuse of an existing 202,000 square foot manufacturing
plant. It houses the corporate offices, new distribution center, and expansive warehouse. BBEC installed electrical
distribution equipment, lighting fixtures and a cable tray system as designed by Erdman Anthony. |

LogistiCenter at Allentown in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, includes
three buildings that offer approximately 1.66 million square feet of high-cube industrial space. Partnering with two general
contractors for the various buildings, BBEC designed the power and lighting systems to accommodate the higher than normal
warehouse ceilings and energy requirements for this type of facility. We also installed a fire alarm system for the
shell building and completed the fit-out for LogistiCenter’s largest tenant, C&S Foods. |

BBEC was awarded the contract
for electrical work on the 4th and 5th buildings in this complex. We designed a lighting system
to conform with the footcandle requirements of the 35-foot ceiling height and installed an emergency generator with an automatic
transfer switch, power distribution equipment and fire alarm system . |
